- Models are unique: Many of the structures
as pictured below have been sold, but I can usually
build "copies" that are quite similar. Foot print size and
other characteristics can be adjusted to your
specifications.
- Production Time: is normally about 30 days unless
I am seriously backlogged. These pages will be updated with
new models currently in production, and those that are built
and ready for immediate pickup or delivery.
- Pricing: Logically, O scale would be twice the price
of HO, but in reality, the time to build in either
scale is the same. The real difference is cost of materials and in some
cases items such as window and door castings must be built from
scratch if not commercially available in scale of your
choice.
If model you want is not shown in a diorama, add $100 if you want
a diorama setting.
If model you want is shown in a diorama,
but
you want just the structure, subtract $100.
Pricing is subject to change based on availability and my
cost of materials and components.
- Payment: Cash, check, credit card. Lay away available.

- Scale:
I do not build in N or G scales, but S scale is doable.
Pricing will depend on availability and cost of commercial
castings or similar details. In some cases, scratch built parts may be required.
- Weathering: Type and intensity to your
preference.
- Lights: Most buildings are lighted -
check the descriptions below. If lights are not
included, I can add them for an additional $50.
- Installation/Delivery: Within a
reasonable distance of Columbia. MD, and for a
reasonable fee, I will gladly install your structure on
your layout. Otherwise, I can "walk you through" the
process for a self-installation.
I will deliver (for free!) your structure to you within
a 50 mile radius of Columbia.
